When choosing this service - we will not contact the recipient before delivery.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated in the order form at your chosen time interval.
The courier will contact the recipient directly at the delivery address.
If the recipient does not appear at the delivery address or is not available for communication, the courier can give the bouquet / gifts to relatives / work colleagues / other representatives of the recipient.
The maximum waiting time for the courier at the address is 15 minutes, after which the bouquet / gift is sent back to the floristic salon and can be delivered again within 48 hours after payment of additional delivery costs. After this time, the bouquet / gift is sent for recycling, any compensation to the customer is not possible.

Order this service only when you are 100% sure that the recipient will be at the delivery address in your chosen time interval. Otherwise, you may incur additional costs.

  •  We guarantee same day flower delivery in Kiev if ordered before 18.00 Kiev time 
  •  flower delivery in Kiev is carried out daily in time intervals (9.00-14.00), (14.00-18: 00), (18: 00-22: 00)*

  • Toll flower delivery:

  • Delivery to the suburbs (up to 20 km from the city limits of Kiev) is 250 UAH.
  • Meeting with flowers at Boryspil airport - 700 UAH (cost excluding flower production)
  • * Delivery early in the morning and night delivery must be issued no later than 18.00 of the previous day.
